Bromley Farmhouse à proximité du ski et des randonnées

The Bromley Farmhouse is a great place to stay. It is very close to Bromley, not far from Magic and not far from Stratton. The house is large and has accommodated our family and friends comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room seats everyone plus bonus it has a fireplace! The owners provide well seasoned fire wood and we were delighted to be able to have a fire each night. Highly recommend.

The Bromley Farmhouse was the perfect place for a family getaway! It is a lovely home well appointed with fabulous art, a fun game room and plenty of room for family. It is not only a beautiful home it is warm and inviting in every way. You feel more like you are home than merely in a rental. Mike is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful and goes out of his way to make sure that your time in his home is exactly the way you want it to be. The location is just perfect, as it is close to the lovely town of Peru where you can have a fabulous pizza and sit outside while children play with the outdoor games. Close to the action at Bromley Mountain where we did the ropes course and enjoyed the Alpine Slide more than once. Manchester is nearby for shopping and a nice selection of restaurants. Having grown up in Weston, I rented the house for my family to gather and remember my parents who were laid to rest during the week. The large dining room table was the perfect place to gather, eat, play games and talk. While the home is right off the main road you feel very secluded. A nearby farm grows herbs and edible flowers for use at local restaurants. The outside of the home is picture perfect with beautiful flowers and a nice firepit. I brought up a croquet set and the children enjoyed a fun game while the adults had a beverage on the large nearby picnic table. Vermont is home in my heart and the stay at the Bromley Farmhouse could not have been more perfect. If I am ever looking to rent a place in the area again this will be the first place I look. The home and Mike made this a very special week indeed!

What an incredible space! Two working fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit, a mountain view in the front yard, and a babbling brook in the backyard. Comfortably slept all 7 of us. We also took advantage of the gas grill out back and the games downstairs (ping pong, foosball, and a working pinball machine). Easy drive to a few great hikes (Lye Brook Falls, Prospect Rock, etc.) and Emerald Lake was great for relaxing after our drive up to Vermont. And the Little Rooster Cafe in Manchester is not to be missed for breakfast!

We have now stayed at the farmhouse two years in a row and just love the place. Everything is in order and well managed. Sitting around that beautiful table with a fire going behind you, great games of ping pong, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and about as many stars as you could ever see on evening walks down that dirt road... you really couldn't ask for more.
